Our Perth team will be heading to Malaysia for the Asia-Pacific Geoscience Conference and Exhibition (APGCE) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center on November 20-21, 2017. This event marks the first time our Asia-Pacific group has participated in the show, and we are looking forward to making new strides for subsurface data management cloud services in the region.
If you are attending the event, you can find Katalyst at booth G20.
At the APGCE, Katalyst Data Management will be featuring the enhancements to our Perth datacenter, which is a full service subsurface data management location and one of our four global hubs for our cloud services for seismic and well data management. Our Perth location, known as KDM SpectrumData, provides complete life cycle geoscience data services for the oil and gas industry, such as:
- Tape Transcription
- Subsurface Data Duplication
- Geophysical Data Subsetting
- Subsurface Data Audit
- Scanning & Digitization
- Cloud Services
In addition, participants will be able to see the latest updates to our oil and gas data management tools, including our signature PPDM database iGlass, which currently manages over 17 petabytes of data and our seismic e-brokerage SeismicZone, with 11 million kilometeres of 2D data available for license.
The APGCE Event is dedicated to the studies and practices of the geoscience community and attended by over 2,000 members of the oil and gas exploration data industry in South-East Asia, with the primary goal of advancement and innovation. The APGCE 2017 conference will highlight and define geoscience related issues, challenges, findings and trending topics through a wide range of sessions available.
