Katalyst Data Management exhibited at the Society of Exploration Geophysicists Annual Meeting in Dallas on October 16-19, 2016. We were excited to be featuring a new booth this year in addition to the new domains we have added to our subsurface data management solution iGlass.
The new interpretation module ProjectDataStor was highlighted along with the new coverage we have to offer on SeismicZone.com. In-booth presentations covered both applications and all of the new enhancements to come and were so popular we had one right before show closing!
At SEG, the main point of interest (other than our cool giveaways) were our demos and presentations featuring:
iGlass Manage your data spatially via Katalyst’s web-based online ESRI interface. iGlass provides a complete set of data management tools that encompass the full life cycle of our customers’ critical assets across multiple data domains, now including interpretation projects and brand new datacenter location in Perth, Australia!
SeismicZone Monetize your proprietary data via Katalyst’s online marketplace for seismic data. SeismicZone.com features 2,210,077 miles of 2D and 46,069 square miles of 3D data available worldwide.
SEG Technology Showcase & Daily News
Details on products highlighted at SEG were published before the show in the Harts E&P Technology Showcase, which featured Katalyst and other companies with new technologies to debut.
The SEG also publishes a daily newspaper for the convention attendees. The first issue featured a summary of industry trends, including a news article about our recent release of ProjectDataStor on iGlass for interpretation project.
